What is the difference between Custom and Bespoke?
Custom Work:
Custom work is based on a design I have already made but may have been discontinued, or a one off design. Perhaps you would like a different stone choice or metal alloy.
Bespoke Work:
Bespoke work is an entirely new design, but within the style of my Jewellery (for example I will not be making Michael Hill Jeweller type designs, or copying a photo you send me of another jewellers work)
Timeframes:
As with all things in life, this is hard to estimate. For example if you are looking for a Custom Orderof a One Off design I made but with a stone choice I don't have in stock, I will likely have to carve the new piece in wax, send it to get cast in the alloy of your choice, and also source a stone which can take several weeks. This hypothetical custom order would take 4-8 weeks.
For a Bespoke Order, let's say you would like an engagement and wedding ring set, with a custom stone. I would need to Order the custom Gemstone, Design the ring (Or you could design it and send me sketches - this is preferred if possible), Carve the ring from wax, Check to see if you like how the wax looks, then if you are happy the waxes to my caster to get cast in gold - which can take up to two weeks. After I get them back I have to finish, set the stone/s and polish the rings.
The longest part of this process is usually the design and Wax carving Phase, as with all creatives I can have times where I am super creative, and this speeds up the process and times where things just take a little longer than I hope (I have a chronic illness so this can slow me down).
All in all Bespoke can take anywhere from 1-5 months, but if you have a date you need it by let me know and I will let you know if I can do it in time.
Cost:
Every order is different cost wise, but I do require payment up front for orders (I can also accept Afterpay or payment plans, but i do require full payment before shipping)

Exquisite ring
Feels just like actual starling claws, hugging your finger, but in silver. Delicate, gothic, poignant & beautiful. I hugely recommend.
Another amazing ring from Charlotte. Labradorite is one of my favorite stones and I can't get enough of the purple labradorite. The setting is really well done, I love the way it looks like vampire teeth are holdng the stone. I took Charlotte's recommendation on sizing and it is a perfect fit. Very, very happy with my purchase.
I've been eyeing these earrings for YEARS. I'm so glad I finally have a pair. I got the Rainbow Moonstone and they offer a little blue glow, enough to grab your interest. I love this design, it really reflects my personality It's a good mix of classic, witchy and moody. I especially love that you can choose the finish of your chosen pieces. I chose the oxidized finish. I feel it makes the blue flash stand out more. I love ALL of Charlotte's designs. If I could, I'd buy them all! I already have 10 pieces from this artist and am looking forward to continue growing my collection. I also want to add that the customer service is AMAZING! Seller is so very kind, ATTENTIVE, and just a wonderful person PERIOD. Don't hesitate to purchase what you've been eyeing. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED❣️ Thank you again, Charlotte ❣️🙏 I am and forever WILL BE a loyal customer. You're designs are so very unique and beautiful.
Such a beautiful ring that it feels as though it is alive! The setting and band twists like branches or arms or the roots of a tree or any growing thing, into the teeth that hold the beautiful stone in place. The points and the top and base of the ring as well as the setting are are like teeth, but also they serve to give the shape of the ring a beautifully antique feel. It's the perfect mix of gothic beauty and Romaantic (as in the era) beauty. Just exqutsite design and creation! Many thanks and huge recommendations!
The attention to detail on the wax work performed to create this piece is stunning. Such a wonderful nod alchemical symbology, this sulphur pendant is simple yet elegant.
I can't believe this beauty was on sale! This ended up being one of my most worn pieces I have from LSD. It's so unique and strange. Very dark, has an edge to it. I love it
The grey moonstone used in LSD's jewelry is so stunning yet understated. I got a necklace with the same stone to wear with this ring and love pairing them
