Shipping Info / Returns

Shipping:

Economy: Economy Airmail l is now tracked, and a reliable shipping method for normal sized orders. It takes 7-14 days normally (may take longer if it gets delayed in customs)

Courier: This option is tracked and faster than Economy, my favourite choice for shipping multiple items as it is very reliable. Takes roughly 2-6 working days to get to you (This doesn't include random custom checks that may add on time) Not all countries are included though.

Express Courier: Offers the most countries, Tracked, Very expensive though, but if you live in a country with unreliable shipping carriers and normal Courier option isn't available, this is the best, sometimes only option. Shipping takes 1-5 working days (Not including customs hold ups). Please make sure you leave your phone number when ordering with this! 

Please note I declare all my work sent via airmail as gifts and the cost value so it is less likely to be stolen (This however means I cant cover it if it goes missing)

If a parcel is lost or missing, I usually try to wait 5 weeks past the shipped date and if you haven't had luck we will try and work something out and replace the items (I do not however refund if an item is lost/stolen).

I stand behind the products I sell 100%. If you are not satisfied with any of your items, please let me know right away. (Please don't leave neutral or negative feedback without first contacting me to try to resolve the issue, I want you to be happy!.) 

 

Returns:

I am happy to exchange or give you a shop credit of your purchase price within 7 days of the delivery date - if the item is faulty or not as described. Please note I do not do refunds for change of mind or when you have chosen the incorrect size, so choose carefully.

Custom orders, Sale or clearance items are not refundable or exchangeable - all sales are final in this case.
